本厂始建于1981年（原名富民标牌厂）,1993年改为上海新艺有色铸造厂崇明标牌联营厂，企业性质为国集联营，从业人员20余人。本厂从1987年起生产集装箱标牌,是国内早生产集装箱标牌的厂家之一.目前本厂的产品已经扩展欧美等国,国内主要有上海科技馆指示系统铭牌、上海地铁公司地铁车箱操作及逃生系统指示牌、日立公司电器铭牌、开利空调器铭牌等等。随着我们对铭牌制作工艺的不断更新和先进设备引进，生产能力也已经大大提高。
